The Transform Platform offers actionable data that is reliable (based on best available sources), dynamic (up-to-date) and relevant (referenced against accepted industry policies and standards). However, the data may have limitations of information, Transform platform will continue to improve quality and accuracy and communicate regularly to its user.
Subscribers to the Transform Platform commit to:
- No Deforestation, Peat Conversion and Exploitation (NDPE) policy (publish, implement and update regularly)
- Supplier lists (publish, update on the Platform)
- Suspend and Engage policy, as part of Monitor and Verify Supplier Group Compliance
- Confirmation Procedure, for all suppliers that have not yet been approached or who have not yet responded within 6 months after receiving a Confirmation Pack
- Recovery, for all suppliers still in supply chain and applicant suppliers (new suppliers, re-entry)
- Sharing grievance updates on the Platform
- Re-entry requirements (proactively apply)
- End User License Agreement (EULA), thereby accepting legally binding limitations to access, usage and sharing of data held in the Platform database
- Subscription fee, payable annually
